A:Answer Hi Olga, thank you for your reply. I did study the manual, which states "... will heat the ENTIRE area contained by the larger circle...". My interpretation, both the outer and inside elements should be working simultaneously, when so chose. If so, it is inconsistent with my cooktop performance. It is why I reached out to seek confirmation from my fellow users, including yours. Again, can you confirm if my cooktop (FR burner) is working properly? Thanks.
