QuestionHow much water does this expell , from shortest cycle to longest and what is flow rate and drain pipe requirements?

- Answer In the installation manual, it states that your drain must accept a min of 10 gallons of water a minute. It does not state what the machine can do. The manual states some pipe specs though: Standpipe diameter of 1 1/4" minimum, and height of the pipe next to the machine should be no shorter than 24", and no taller than 96"

QuestionI would like to replace my washer and dryer with 2 of the combos. Can I connect one to the hot and one to the cold? Would I need to add an additional connection? How much time do I wait to start a cycle on the 2nd one to avoid overworking the drain.

- Answer I think you could get away with y-ing off your cold water. As long as you can fit both hoses the drain will be fine.

We recommend placing these items in the wash basket prior to adding clothes. They should not be placed in the automatic dispensers. We hope you choose this great model for your home. QuestionCan this unit replace a stackable unit in a closet or do you need more space for it to breathe

- Answer Per the owners manual page 23, "0" clearances all around but adequate clearance for installation and ventilation. Confusing. Our Best Buy installer placed it a few inches from a left corner for free flow of water supplies and drainage. Can be used in a closet with louvered or otherwise ventilated doors and at least 60 square inches of open area per manual

- Answer Per manual either wash or dry can be used independently. Toggle the wash or dry button until it lights up.

QuestionDon't tell me it isn't portable. I get it, you have decided how it should be used. But I'm going to use it the way I have to. So it's going on an appliance base. Do I need plate or stem casters and what diameter screw to replace the useless feet on now.

QuestionThe only question I have is if you are washing an item that can NOT be ran through the drier do you have the ability to open the door between the wash and dry cycle to remove the clothing before then having the rest continue on with the dry cycle ?

- Answer I have just ordered this washer/dryer combo will be here hopefully by Friday, so I have not tested it yet but I have watched and read everything I could find on this. Yes it has the option to have a delay between wash and dry cycles also through the app it will send you a notification when washing is done, and if you need more time you can select just wash only and return in your own convenience to remove delicates then select just dry and it will just run the dry cycle.

QuestionHi, I have a door opening measuring 27" that the unit would have to pass through to get to it's final destination. Can the door be temporarily removed to reduce the 28" width to at least 27"?

- Answer 31" front to back (not including the washer/dryer door itself)and 28 side to side. Its not a square box...It bellows out a bit at the door. If your door opening is 27 at the door stop molding, removal of door frame may be needed to pass through.

Questionyou answered a previous question stating that the washer dryer combo plugs into a 120 volt outlet is this correct? former dryers needed to be plugged into a 240 volt outlet

- Answer Yes the existing 240 dryer plug is not used and should be removed, or at the least turned off at breaker. I am also using foam board to plug dryer vent and fasten a wooden panel to cover dryer vent.

QuestionDoes the ultra fast combo have option for " water plus"? What is the max temperature for water heating? How about option for extra rinses? This could be a deal maker or breaker cause my bf has severe dermatitis.

- Answer That is a bummer. I would expect internal water heater to bring any water up to the higher temperature. Even my LG heats water up as needed. My old euro wd combo took cold water all the way to super hard for sanitizing. I'm disappointed.

QuestionI live in an apartment complex that has a shared laundry room. The property owner is ok with me installing this in the laundry room. Is there a feature that will prevent other tenants from using this washer/dryer? Could I get notified if someone uses it?

- Answer If you have the app, it will tell you that a load is running. I also believe that you can lock the panel (for kids or nosey neighbors). I havent tried this yet, but see the screen shot

- Answer With a normal load, the approximate washing and drying time is approximately 2 hours. The washer/dryer has sensors that do not leave your clothes dirty, or not completely dry.
