A:AnswerYes, you can wash only or dry only if desired. By default, the Combo selects a complete wash and dry for each cycle. You can choose to run a wash only by deselecting the dry button. Vice versa, you can choose to run a dry only cycle by deselecting the wash button. Please review page 6 in the manual for more details. A:AnswerRecirculating filtered, high speed air-flow allows the Combo to deliver great drying performance. You’ll notice that less lint is generated through air tumbling versus standard dryers. A:AnswerWe recommend detergent pods be placed directly in to the wash basket. Dryer sheets should be added after the wash cycle has finished before the dry cycle begins. The Combo can even notify you when the wash is nearly at the end so you can remove any line-dry items or add your dryer sheets. -Vikki@GEAppliances
