A:AnswerHello- This is a really good question. We appreciate your interest and are happy to help! We always recommend GE Consumer Service make any repairs during the first year warranty. However, you can rest assured knowing your unit is backed by a 10-year limited warranty on the motor and a 5-year limited warranty on the sealed drying system. If service is needed any trained technician should be able to work on this model. Note: The entire Sealed System Assembly has been designed to be an easy-to-replace system from the top of the unit. The single service part assembly would include the compressor, condenser, evaporator, tubing, and refrigerant preinstalled in the plastic housing. The technician would only need to remove the old assembly and replace it with a new one. This would not require any sealed system work such as brazing or adding refrigerant. If you have any questions in the future, please let us know. We are happy to help! Joyce@GEA
A:AnswerHi - Thank you for your interest in our fabulous Profile All-in-One Washer/Dryer Combo unit. While we do offer an optional unicoupler connector that can be used to connect this unit to the faucet at a sink, this unit is quite heavy and is not designed to be rolled around. We are glad you checked with us and hope you reach out to us again if you have additional questions or concerns. Kind regards - Vikki@GEA
A:AnswerHello- Thank you for your question. This particular unit is not meant to be stacked one on top of the other. This is a washer and dryer combo in one unit so because of the location of hoses and venting its mean to be in its own space with some clearance around the unit. You can find more information on that in the install section of the use and care manual. If you don't have a copy of the manual you can search for that on the website using your model number. Hope this helps! If you need anything else in the future, please let us know. Dianna@GEA
A:AnswerHi there - We appreciate you taking the time to contact us. Yes, the 120V power source is for both the washer and dryer cycles. Please let us know if you have additional questions. Best regards. -Don@GEA
A:AnswerThe water supply requirements are; the faucets MUST be 3/4” (1.9 cm) garden hose-type so inlet hoses can be connected. Water pressure MUST
be between 10 and 120 pounds per square inch. Your
water department can advise you of your water pressure.
A:AnswerFirst, make sure the Combo is sitting level on the floor. A quick way to check is by gently pushing on the back right corner and then the front left corner. If the unit rocks or shifts, adjust the rubber leveling legs until all four legs are firmly touching the floor. Once adjusted, tighten the lock nuts against the base of the Combo to keep everything secure.
Note: If the floor underneath is uneven or weak, placing a 3/4" impregnated plywood sheet securely over the existing flooring can help create a more stable surface.
Another common cause of shaking or loud sounds is an unbalanced load. Pause the cycle, open the door, and redistribute the items evenly inside the drum. To test whether the machine itself is operating normally, run a rinse and spin cycle with the drum empty. If the Combo runs smoothly with no load, the issue was likely caused by the load being off balance.

A:AnswerThe total depth of the unit when the door is open at 90 degrees is 54-1/2". The Ultrafast Combo is capable of 0" clearance to the rear wall, however, 1.5 to 2 inches is needed for most hookups if electrical and water faucets are located directly behind the unit.
A:AnswerWe're glad to help. Yes, the Profile Combo can be drained into a utility sink providing you meet the minimum height requirement of 24" and the sink can drain a minimum of 10 gallons of water per minute. -Vikki@GEAppliances
A:AnswerYes, the unicouple accessory allows you to install the combo next to a utility sink so that you don't need a standpipe for draining or hot/cold water inlets. Thank you for your question. Joyce@GEAppliances
A:AnswerYes, you can wash only or dry only if desired. By default, the Combo selects a complete wash and dry for each cycle. You can choose to run a wash only by deselecting the dry button. Vice versa, you can choose to run a dry only cycle by deselecting the wash button. Please review page 6 in the manual for more details. You can find the manual on Best Buys site or on our GE Appliances site. Thank you! Joyce@GEAppliances
