    • Answer Hi LLG- The Normal cycle (no options) is approximately 51-60 minutes. Changing the Soil level increases or decreases the wash time to remove different amounts of soil. Yes, most size machine washable comforters will wash properly in our front load washers as long as the comforter fits behind the washer tub gasket and is not stuffed into the tub tightly. Since the front load models do not have the agitator that sticks up through middle of the wash basket, there is increased space for larger loads compared to a top load washer.   • Questionhow true to color is the ruby red in the ad? I am trying to match with a drier that I already have

    • Answer Hi Linda, Color can be hard to pin down as light can always make something look darker or lighter than it actually is. We believe that, if you are wanting a specific color to match another appliance, your best option would be to travel to a local dealer and see the appliance in person to get a good judgement on if it is indeed the color you're looking for. You could always take a look at more pictures via our website for this washer.
