“Why has this model been taken out of stores? I know the Gear Live is coming out, but I went to buy the Neo and the associate say they were discontinued?”

The old Neo is replaced by the Neo 2 with significant upgrades, better features and a much better resolution.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They told me this too. but I found 6 on the shelf. Samsung rep claimed that they were cannibalizing gear 2 sales. The camera (only difference that I could tell) seems pretty much useless. keep looking I don't think it will go away that soon.

You have to order it, and employee can do an order for you in the store or you can order it here. Expect it to take about a week for in store pick up or standard shipping, or you can pay for faster shipping. You may be able to find one in a store near you that has been returned (which may or may not be an open item). You can accomplish this by selecting store pick up in your cart, it will show you if it is available today or in 5-7 days, this will show you if they have new in box. To find open items select "Shops and Deals" at the top of the home page, select "Clearance and More" and then "open box".

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Gear 2 Neo is still carried and is widely available even thru Samsung Direct. Not sure why he said they are discontinued but again, the life cycle of electronics is indeed short so could be that they will discontinue it. Work at a major Cell Carrier and we still sell them and no "End Of Life" given for them either.
