A:AnswerHi Lisa! We really don't recommend installing the Geeni smart cameras in front of a glass window. The reason for this is, night vision camera/s does not work through windows reliably because of passive infrared which is used by most cameras that have night vision that detects changes in heat. Most glass used in houses today is insulated were in, it limits the movement of heat through the glass. What you can do as a temporary workaround is try to get a better angle or position the camera a little distant from the glass so it won't reflect on the window glass.
