Questioncan i change the 60hz for more refresh rate or not? can i connect it with and extended 144 hz screen to get a high refresh rate by using a HDMI cable or the refresh rate won't change?

- Answer Hi commandaq, You wont be able to change the native refresh rate of the laptop. However you can connect a higher refresh rate display via the built in thunderbolt port or the included AERO HUB. Hope this helps! - John

QuestionHello Im using Power Director to edit videos and was trying to find out a couple things about this computer. It comes with 16 GB of Ram and was wondering if this can be upgraded if so whats the max it will hold? Also can you hook this up to Dual Monitors?

- Answer Hi TheBeardedFinds, Yes the laptop supports additional memory, you can add 32gb per stick for a up to 64gbs. The monitor does support multiple displays including dual monitors. This can be done via the included AERO Hub, or the Thunderbolt 4 ports. Hope this helps! - John

- Answer It doesn’t have any directly on the laptop. It comes with a hub that has 1. There are a lot of options available that use one of the USB-C ports on the laptop to give you multiple type A’s. Picture is of the one that comes with the laptop.

- Answer This one will not support DDR5 but you’ll probably want a new laptop instead of a $200-300 RAM upgrade by the time the DDR5 spec’s bandwidth and speed capacity is fully utilized.

- Answer Careful if your laptop says 2TB. I thought I had an empty slot and bought a 2TB nvme drive for it. Opened it up and to my surprise there were two nvme in there already. AND all the pictures and videos I had seen, the empty slot was on the right, so I went ahead and took out the 1TB on the right and put in the 2TB i bought. Went to boot and NO. Apparently they made the right hand nvme slot the system drive! Opened it back up and did the nvme shuffle to fix things up. Good now and and I have a spare nvme drive.

- Answer My HDMI port does not work at all. When I connect my HDMI cable to the hub the TV does not notice. It just stays black. Not sure if they are all that way or if I have a defective hub. It is annoying but this is the only laptop with a amoled screen like a phone. I am planning to buy a desktop to use my large display. The USB port at least works.

- Answer Other answer was slightly misleading, usb pd charging on this laptop is 100w according to another answer, that is not as fast as dedicated charger but hardly "low power." But it should be able to charge from one of the usb c ports.
