- Answer Yes, the key caps are universally compatible, for the most part. The keycaps should come with more keys than you need, that way you can switch between Mac layouts and Windows. I actually didn't like the aura ones because they felt mushy, but It came with way more keys than required for the keyboard so there are multiple configuration options.
