- Answer You can buy the battery by itself as is what this listing is for or you can buy the charger which comes with a battery. At the time i made my purchase the charger was 39 dollars and comes with a battery. this item you are looking at is a battery only for 19 dollars at time of writing this response

- Answer No, the HERO4 batteries are different than the later batteries. You'll want to look for batteries made specifically for the HERO4.
