Yes it will I also have an otter box and it was the only one I found to fit and works great

We have not tested it with cases from other manufacturers, though, so we can't guarantee that it will work properly with those cases.

Please try again later.I don't know if it would work on your otterbox, but I would not waste your money on this cord to use with anything - it looks cool but doesn't hold up. (Used it in my truck to connect my iPhone to the stereo) Had it less then a month and it is already shorting out. I went back to my less expensive one.
