Q: does this work with otterbox
A: Yes it will I also have an otter box and it was the only one I found to fit and works great
Q: will something like this work to connect my guitar to my iphone6?
A: Survivor AUX has a 3.5mm jack on both ends, so you'd need an adapter to plug it into your iPhone 6. We do make several solutions for connecting your guitar to your iPhone, though. The closest to what you're looking for is the Guitar Connect cable, which would allow you to connect your guitar to your phone as well as monitoring the audio through headphones, or by plugging it into an amp.
