Not quite sure I fully understand the question. The Mac version is a downloaded software so it does not rely on a web browser to use or function. Electronic filing is handled within the software itself and does not rely on web browser either. You should be able to use Firefox to access Best Buy website to purchase and download the tax software, but that is BB website function independent of the software being downloaded.
