A:Answer Hello there - we apologize that your filters have become worn despite regular cleaning. This can be discouraging and we understand if you're disappointed. The parts number for the compatible grease filters is WB06X10608. Replacement instructions can be found on page 13 of the owner's manual. We suggest soaking the grease filters in hot water with a mild detergent added, rinsing well, and shaking them to dry at least once every month. Make sure not to use ammonia or wash the filters in a dishwasher, as this can cause the aluminum on the filter will corrode and darken. Additionally, we encourage you to replace the charcoal filter in your microwave at least every 6 months (or more often depending on use), as it cannot be cleaned.
