QuestionThe vent filters even with regular cleaning have become worn over the years. Is there somewhere that I can acquire replacements?

- Answer Hello there - we apologize that your filters have become worn despite regular cleaning. This can be discouraging and we understand if you're disappointed. The parts number for the compatible grease filters is WB06X10608. Replacement instructions can be found on page 13 of the owner's manual. We suggest soaking the grease filters in hot water with a mild detergent added, rinsing well, and shaking them to dry at least once every month. Make sure not to use ammonia or wash the filters in a dishwasher, as this can cause the aluminum on the filter will corrode and darken. Additionally, we encourage you to replace the charcoal filter in your microwave at least every 6 months (or more often depending on use), as it cannot be cleaned. The part number for the charcoal filter is WB02X11550. Instructions on replacing the charcoal filter can also be found on page 13 of the owner's manual. We hope this help! All the best, Kelsey@Haier

- Answer Hi there! Thanks for asking. Yes, the mounting brackets will come with the unit. When replacing an over-the-range microwave, the mounting bracket included with the new microwave should be used since the mounting bracket is specific to each model. - Answer Hello, Thanks so much for reaching out. We're always happy to help! Over-the-range microwaves have an automatic fan feature to help protect the electronic components, and also helps the cooking area get rid of excess heat. The built-in thermostat automatically turns the vent fan on if the unit is too hot, and will not turn off until the microwave is cool again. Definition of CFM: Stands for "Cubic Feet per Minute". This is a measurement of air volume velocity and is often used in measuring air flow. It is a rating often attributed to fan size. QuestionWe purchased this microwave under a year ago and it started to show a message saying “keypad shorted service may be needed.” Very disappointing on a practically new microwave. Can this be fixed easily? And if so, how?

Try disconnecting power on your microwave at the power source for about 30 seconds to reset the electronics. On some occasions the electronics may develop a glitch. Removing the power supply to the unit may allow the electronics to reset. If the above suggestion does not resolve the situation, service is recommended.
