- Answer They only parts you would need to reverse the swing are the opposite door hinges. To order these parts, please search the complete model number for your fridge on the GE Appliances Parts website.

- Answer This refrigerator door can be reversed if desired. We recommend letting your sales person know that you'd like this done so they can make sure to add that to the delivery order. The instructions are on page 8 in the manual if you'd like to do this yourself. The tools needed: • Flat-blade Screwdriver • Phillips-head Screwdriver • 8 mm Socket Wrench

QuestionWhat is the average temperature for the refrigerator to be set at? Also, what about the freezer? And how do I adjust the temperature if it is not cold enough?

- Answer The temp the fridge was set at was 37, and the freezer was set at 0. That is fine for me. The controls are on the door led lights.

QuestionCan the freezer shelves be removed in order to make space for large items, for instance a turkey?

- Answer Hello- We appreciate you sending in your question. Yes, you can remove the drawers for larger items in this unit. To remove the freezer drawer you will want to extend the drawer fully, and then lift up on the drawer and pull out to remove. This information and more can be found in the use and care manual on page 15. If you need a copy of the use and care manual that can be found on our website by searching the model number. QuestionThe photos of this product show it has 2 pull out drawers in the fridge section, but the overview states it has only one pull out and 3 shelves. How many pull out drawers actually?

- Answer The freezer section has 3 pull out drawers, one large one and 2 smaller equal-sized ones. The larger one is at the bottom is about 7 inches deep and the 2 smaller ones about 4 1/2 inches deep.

QuestionWhat kind of warranty does the manufacturer offer? I bought the refrigerator in March 2021, and the freezer is not working properly. I don't want to be charged for a service call or repairs on a refrigerator that is just 2 years old! Thank you!

This model was designed to be used in a location where the temperature ranges from a minimum of 55 degrees F to a maximum of 110 degrees F. (For optimum performance, the best range is between 60 degrees F and 90 degrees F.) We can’t recommend using the refrigerator in an area that will get down to 20 degrees F.
