A:Answer You do need a wireless router in order to log on to the internet, just like using internet on a cell phone. There is no connector for an ethernet cable. You don't need other products to make this tv work properly, depending on whether you add a cable box, dvd player, external sound system, etc. In which case, you would need HDMI cables. You will need to establish a Roku account account if you don't already have one, as you can't access any other modes except through the Roku home screen.
