QuestionU6G vs the U6GR5. Is the only difference Android vs. Roku? On the Hisense USA website the U6GR5 it's listed as having Google assistant built in, 3 year warranty and voice remote. Are all of these incorrect? Does the 100 day trial apply to the U6GR5?

These models have very similar specifications however the 65U6G uses an Android operating system while the 65U6GR5 uses a Roku operating system. QuestionWhat is the depth measurement of the stand? Would it fit on a mantle that is about 10 3/4” deep?

- Answer Even if it did fit, I would NEVER use this on the stand on a mantle. Attach it to the wall. I have first hand experience with something like this tipping over when you thought it couldn't happen.

QuestionThe power button on the remote doesn't power the TV on after it's been off for a long time. The Netflix and Hulu buttons do. Is there a fix to this? When the TV is already on and you power off, then back on the power button works.

- Answer Try just using the home button instead of Power button. It sounds crazy but it worked on a roku streaming stick and aslo a roku tv as well. Would press power button no response......pressed home button and they both would turn on. Streaming limit setting on the tv may need to be changed as well.

QuestionWhat comes included with this unit. Spec sheet on Best Buy page only list a power cord. Does the adapter for older three component leads to AV come included? Looking at the downloaded owners book I see it listed as included.

QuestionI see this TV says indoor/outdoor but it says indoor again does the mean this TV is waterproof and can be used outside? I plan on buying a waterproof cover as well?

- Answer No, this TV is not an outdoor waterproofed TV. You would need to buy a water proofed TV casing…even then I wouldn’t recommend using this TV anywhere but indoors.
