they definitely back their product. my tv was shipped with a bad ARC port. they had the only remaining Hisense tech in my area come out with a new board. had me up and running in about 30min. from the time i discovered i had true bad arc port to shipping a board and installation was about 2 weeks. i called and talked to Hisense and they opened me up a trouble ticket and i got notifications of the status. keep in mind Hisense, Toshiba and Sharp are all under the same umbrella, so they arent a fly by night company which gave me conformt when i first called to report my issue. luckily i bought the Geeksquad warranty as a back up plan anyway but didnt have to call Best Buy as Hisense resolved it directly.
