QuestionHow do you Zoom the picture to get rid of the black bars? When streaming movies in 4k the Wide mode in the picture setting is greyed out and cannot be changed.

QuestionDoes the Operative system works in Mexico?? I have a VIZIO with smartcast OS that does not work in my Region and the Added Apps on the TV are not available, need to use another streaming device.

- Answer The entire operating system is Android, if you can run an Android phone in Mexico you should be able to use this TV.

QuestionCan a firestick be used with this TV?

- Answer yes but the tv already has most of the streaming services the fire stick has ( YouTube, Netflix, Disney + amazon prime video ect.), but I don't know if it has things like kodi in it if you use those types of apps then it might be worthit to use a fire stick on the tv but I don't know if the tv already has kodi in it too. The tv has the google play store built in for tv so it might have them.
