A:AnswerThe people who created my tv, if your goal was to make me suffer by including a remote control with no numbers, well congratulations ! Can you imagine having to to use a up and down control to go through 2000 channels? Ive wasted HOURS trying to get to channels far apart, my thumb wore out. I will NEVER purchase another Hisense tv unless the control has numbers. Many feel like I do.
