• A:Answer Hello, You want to use a heater outdoors? ...and heat what? The air around you? This heater is probably not to be used for the application that you are "thinking" about - since there is no mention of the "usage" in your question, other than "can it be used outdoors". More specifically, what exactly do you want to heat outside? I doubt that you will feel any warmth from this heater outside. Blankets; a nice warm jacket; a fire pit; all of these will keep you warm outside on a chilly night. A heater that blows warm air into the great outdoors? Probably not. Happy Holidays!

Q: QuestionHow low can you set the temp? Can this be set at 40 degrees for freeze protection? Also if the power goes out will it come back on at the settings that were programmed or will it reset to default?
