A:AnswerI've got a couple of units and both of my C wires are blue. That's pretty common, I think. Also, from what I understand, some installers don't hook up the C wire if it's not necessary. That would make me think that's a C wire, but I'm a DIY'er.
A:AnswerHi RickOhio! If your thermostat is disconnected from the Internet when you are not home, unfortunately, there is no way to tell why the thermostat lost connection, only that the connection was lost. If the cause is a power outage or something similar, the thermostat is designed to automatically reconnect to Wi-Fi once the power is restored. -John
A:AnswerHi Todd, This Smart Color WiFi thermostat does have the auto changeover feature. It is not enabled form factory but you can certainly enable it so it will switch between heat and cool automatically depending on the set point and inside temperature. - Maria
A:AnswerHi there! The Smart Color Thermostat with Wi-Fi connectivity does not have a battery backup. It uses EEPROM storage to retain the setpoint, schedule, and installer setup settings when there is a power loss for an extended period. - Jerry

A:AnswerChecking my app. There is a fan setting - On, Auto, Circulate. On - fan is always on, Auto - fan is on when heating or cooling is on, Circulate - fan runs randomly about 35% of the time. That's what the app says. I have not tried it so I can't verify it works as described. BTW, I recommend this product . It easily interacts with Alexa which is why I bought it and the iPhone app is easy to use.
A:AnswerSince they're not labeled at the thermostat terminal, you'll need to check at your furnace to see what's connected where. Having the extra wire is great, since you should be able to use that for your common.
A:AnswerHi, thank you for your question. You can override the schedule temporarily or permanently. You can also disable the schedule, go to "Settings" on the screen of the thermostat, select "Preferences" and then "Advanced Preferences", select "Non-Programmable", then "Done" and confirm to save the change. - Maria
