A:AnswerI didn't find that it scrubbed deep enough for that. I used a mix of dawn dish detergent and cleaning vinegar to deep clean the grout in my kitchen. Tedious, but effective.

A:AnswerI cant imagine using the brush for cleaning after using it for waxes. But it's easy to swap out brushes. Yes you could use it on etched concrete, just test the soap first. No harsh chemicals and use the soft brush.
A:AnswerYes, I had to look up that flooring, Ha! Just follow the directions for hard wood floors and make sure you wipe to dry any remaining fluids. If floor installation was poor, with big gaps between boards so water would seep between and under the floor, than I would not use this hoover cleaner on these floors.
A:AnswerThere is a problem with the suction hose crackling and then it doesn't pick up. Unfortunately I could not find a replacement hose online. The manufacturer apparently no longer supplies them... their way apparently of getting you to buy a new machine. Other than that we really like ours.
