Does this come with dvd/CD drive null

This model does not have an internal CD/DVD drive but you can use an external drive.

no it doesn't but you can use thumb drives to down load to PC … ie: say you have a mp4 movie on your thumb drive. you can click on the movie and it will play on your lap top. If your wanting to purchase apps online such as windows 10 / office / or other programs ….select digital copy. They will send your program to your email. then you can down load it to your lap top....very easy. I really love this lap top. fast and user friendly...
