A:AnswerI am a recent high school graduate and I would recommend this laptop! It is a great choice for your child. I have used Docs and the internet and its great. You can even download Google Chrome on it (what the schools are using now days). Comparing the price to competitors, its a steal at Best Buy! The touch screen is a HUGE plus. It works great for everything.

A:AnswerGood question. This laptop does not come with recovery discs. It does have a program installed where you can use blank DVDs to make your own recovery discs.
