“The only bad review I read for this laptop was from a customer that said they purchased it and the "motor runs loud" can you please confirm or clarify what that may mean? I am ordering this one, and prefer it not be loud. Thank you.”

The fan is audible if you put a lot of stress on the system for long periods of time but I would not call it “loud”. When it first starts you notice the sound, but after a few minutes I don’t even notice it anymore.
