You can easily change to windows 10 Home. I doubt you ca go back To win 7. Win 10 is very good.

The new model comes with windows 10 so you can switch to windows 10. But I do know of 7 .window 7 is kind of old. If really want go the far sure it might cost. Because you will be taking them back.

And also I get the best deal out of it. I as always look for open box because of price you cannot go wrong with the price. It doesn't necessarily mean used or refurbished You can lease it in S mode or 10 .I switch mine to 10 I don't know of 7 . Windows 7 is kind of old I don't if you can revert to 7. But windows I am sure of 10.
