Yes, Yes, Yes, and seems to be. Turbo Tax should run on anything with Windows, probably best to be a recent one and this fits the bill. I've used a wireless mouse, no problems. It just needs drivers and most any wireless mouse would have Windows drivers. The Ryzen specs are very similar to the i5, and slightly outperforming in some ways, I'm assuming you meant comparable. If you meant compatible, I'm not sure what compatibility there would be other than if programs need one or the other. Windows will operate on either and the programs you install won't know the difference. The Ryzen is going to be just as reliable as an Intel processor.
