• Office does not come bundled. Your option would be to get an Office365 subscription to get access to Office products.

• HP States that the software includes "McAfee LiveSafe™ [2] Netflix 1 month trial for new Microsoft Office 365 customers" I read that to mean that Office 365 is indeed installed but needs to be activated with a valid (read PAID) license. Depending on the license will activate the relevant apps (ie Microsoft Access only available with Pro license).
