• The touch screen is always available to use. You can easily go back and forth between the keyboard/touchpad and using the touch screen.

• Yes, absolutely! Both the touchpad and touchscreen are always on (unless you turn them off). You can scroll on the touchscreen, then use the touchpad to move from one field to another in a form (or vice versa).
