Just install a clean copy of Windows 11 and debloat it, and find some drivers

The default programs vary by model but if you want the most "barebones" experience possibly you would want to go to Microsoft's Media Creation Tool (can be found online) and create a USB tool which will completely erase your hard drive and reinstall only what is needed to run Windows.
