It is. I personally use the Bamboo Ink for it. BUT, while it's nice to write with, it does not work for all apps/programs. I would also try out a stylus with a fiber tip (instead of the smooth rubber tip found on many). I use this type of stylus more than the Ink now simply because of its universal use.
