Is the processor fast enough for photoshop? null

Definitely not. Even if it was, this computer is only running on 4 gbs of RAM. So it would run ridiculously slow. I would suggest running something with a min of Core i5 and 8 gbs of RAM at least if you are gonna be running photoshop.
