• The laptop was refurbished by company named "PlanITROI", not Best Buy Geek Squad! It comes with an 18 month Warranty which covers "damage from everyday use, such as mechanical failure, hard drive failure, loose charging ports, or RAM failure." as stated on packing sheet from PlanITROI. Also, states that "battery issues are covered for 12 months from order date."
