Does this laptop built with CD/DVD Rom null

The Refurbished HP Elite Tablet PC that I received did NOT have a DVD Drive as stated in the Specs by Best Buy. Maybe other Tablet PCs come with one . . . it is an optional feature that may be included in some Elite Tablet PCs.

This item does have a DVD drive.
