A:AnswerI am sorry to hear about the issue that you are having with having the keyboard and mouse "talk" with your now HP All-in-one desktop. I assume that the dongle is in a USB port on the back side of the computer. Did you check the battery compartments to make sure that that the plastic inside them blocking the battery charge is removed?
