  • QuestionIs it possible to upgrade the graphics card?

    Asked by Sayed.

    • Answer Thank you for your question Sayed! This laptop does not have a dedicated graphics card nor does it have any space for one. The graphics is on board with the processor and is powered by the system memory directly. HP has models in their Envy, Spectre, Victus, and Omen lines that have graphics cards built into them at the factory.

  • Questionthis picture shows a fingerprint scanner, is the fingerprint scanner operational if this machine is purchased?

    Asked by RET8DMJM.

    • Answer For anyone reading this and see that HP has answered the question. HP does not refurbish PC's for Best Buy and therefore the answer that is given does not answer the question. The question should've been answered by the refurbish-er or JoySystems who refurbishes laptops for Best Buy. Unless you get an answer by JoySystems do not expect the fingerprint scanner to be operational. Also as you can see from the pictures there's a MicroSD slot but it is covered with a cap. So this hardware cannot be used and is not in the specifications nor is the biometric fingerprint scanner.
