Only 90 days from HP but, at half the price of the new one, I'm rolling the dice and hoping for the best. I feel very confident that it will stay problem free, since HP refurbished it. If you want some positive reassurance, you can buy the Geek Squad Service Plan and still be way ahead of the cost of the new laptop price.

It comes 90 days full warranty. I like this laptop.
