Hi Tom, available only on line. I ordered it on bestbuy.com but, it isn't available in store. The refurbished HP Laptop comes directly from HP, they do the refurbishing and ship it free to the Best Buy Store of your choice and you pick it up after Best Buy notifies you for pick up or you can choose to have it shipped to you for a Shipping Charge.
