“I just purchased one of these, and overall it seems pretty good, I haven't had much time to use it. The only question I have is it supposed to be all scratched up? I didn't think refurbished models were supposed to be as badly scratched is this.”

Thank you for reaching out. It depends on who did the refurbishing. Typically an HP Refurbished PC will be in like new condition with perhaps only slight scuffing if it was not noticed. Heavy scratching would be unusual.
