QuestionWindows 8 setup is asking if I want to auto upgrade to Win 10 when it comes out. Is changing OS going to void my HP warranty?Historical reference: I upgraded my last HP to Win 8 from Win 7 and HP refused to help me after that. Basically washed their hands of the whole mess Win 8 left me in - siting "your warranty is void if you change the OS."

- Answer No you won't, although its not necessary. Its max capacity is 16 GB. But if you were installing overclocked RAM , its not as simple as other laptops. There are multiple screws in the back and under batter and cd drive. the whole back has to be removed exposing the motherboard. be careful as any static could fry your hardware.

- Answer If you purchase it with Windows 8.1 then yes, but if you upgrade to Windows 10 it removes the media player as Microsoft eliminated this item with Windows 10

QuestionIs this actually a 2 in 1 (folds back to become a pad) a similar model M7-k211 is mislited as not being, but iscan someone who has this model or a best buy employee who has one on display/ an open box confirm whether this is a 2 in 1. it is listed here in the website as no, but a very similar model turns out to actually be 2 in 1. I read the specs. hoping they may also be erroneous as it has a better graphics card.
