QuestionWhat stylus pen can I use with it? I've searched the MPP 2.0 stylus pen, but none of them they they are compatible with the model I have. Is there a specific pen we could buy?

- Answer Thanks for your question today. Any MPP 2.0 stylus pen will work with this model. MPP 2.0 is a Microsoft Windows standard. As long as the pen is MPP 2.0 it should be compatible.

QuestionI bought this computer and can't figure out how to work it? Just button in the back but won't let me verify that I am me and then I unplug it to turn it off...no idea how to shut down.

- Answer Thank you for the question. The Envy 14-es1013dx has a power button on the keyboard. It's on the top row, near the right edge, next to the delete key. When the computer is off, press the button briefly to turn on the computer. To turn it off, the recommended procedure is to use the Windows Shut down command. Select the Start button, select the Power icon, and then select Shut Down. You can download your laptop's full User Manual from the HP support site.

- Answer Mohamed, thank you for your question on this HP Envy 2-in-1! It has only one M.2 slot in it for a drive and no internal HDD connection. You can use it in a 220V current if you purchase the respective adapter for it in that country. HP does not recommend using voltage convertors on any of their products.

Specifications-->General-->Year of Release--> 2a. 8GB is fine for "normal usage like watching movies, series, netflix [sic] etc, study use," as long as you don't have two many programs running simultaneously. 2b. Define "normal level gaming." What is "normal" for you may not be "normal" for anyone else in the universe.

HP Command Center (to optimize performance) and HP Support Assistant (helps with troubleshooting, questions about the laptop, and updates) are also pre-installed. There is a trial version of Microsoft Office and McAfee Live Safe (anti-virus) included, and you can subscribe for ongoing use.

This includes standard protection plans, plans with accidental damage from handling, and product replacement plans. If you want to add a plan with accidental damage or a product replacement plan, you’ll need to bring your laptop into the Best Buy store.
