A:Answer I’ve only had the service for 1 month so far, but YES! It’s free if you print 15 or less a month! You can look at your HP Smart dashboard to monitor your ink levels and page usage. They also send emails reminding you if you get close to the 15. But even if you go over 15, it’s only $1 for 10 more pages (use ‘em or lose ‘em though...) and aside from the $1 fee, there’s no “penalty” for going over. Really cool program, especially if you don’t print all that much. And if you find you’re printing too many consistently each month, you can always upgrade to the $2.99 a month or higher plans, which is still pretty cheap.
