QuestionTray extension? Printer prints fine but it throws the paper on the floor. All trays are inserted and I can see a smaller slim tray but it does not extend to stop the paper from being thrown on the floor? How do I correct this problem? Help!

- Answer As your printer starts to print an extension should automatically pop out and up from the top tray front to prevent your printed pages from falling. As you look at the front of the top tray you should be able to see it. Be sure there is no tape or anything blocking it's path

- Answer 1.) There is a SD card slot, but no USB. Printing from the card is supported. 2.) Apple AirPrint and whatever Android phones use is supported. I print from my iPhone 6s plus with no issues. 3.) I have not bought replacement ink yet, but from what I've seen in pricing, it is competitive with other brands and similar models. Combo pack (black and color together) at Best Buy is around $37, maybe cheaper if its on sale.

- Answer I measure 20" with the printer in its ready position. That is from the wall where its pushed up against to the front paper catch is fully extended. You can close the catch and save some space.
