QuestionPurchased printer in Dec. 2022 and used it a short while, printing only about 5-6 pages. Did not use it again until May 1, 2023. The printer does not print at all now. Would the ink have dried up?

QuestionHP team states that yes you can print on 3x5 index cards. Question I have is not can it be done, but can it be done straight out of the box. Or do i have to reconfigure anything, download anything, or buy special cards. In other words, how EASY is it??

- Answer Not interested I still can’t find out how to do duplex printing from the printer glass. I have documents that I need to print back to back still can’t find out from either the geek squad or HP. All they wanna do is sell me a warranty, no assistance and how to duplex, print without being able to do this. The printer is a waste of time.

- Answer If the laptop can connect to the Internet on the same network as the printer you should be able to access the drivers needed to connect to the printer. If you want to know for sure I would suggest checking compatibility on the HP site

- Answer No the only way to interface with this printer that I can see is via Wi-Fi. There is no USB port but you can use AirPrint if you have an iPhone.
