Our son did install a better graphics card in our pc and was Very easy to install. He installed a GTX 1050TI card. He said the picture quality is 10 times better and he says that his frames per second on games it a lot better too. Pc was able to run with no issues. He is currently running 2 monitors. Hope this helps.:)
