QuestionDoes the te01-0034 have displayport video signal output from usb-c port? Mine does not have video card, just intel gpu. If it does do i need to use usb-c to displayport adaptor? Thanks

- Answer It has an HDMI and VGA port, but not a DisplayPort, so you'll need an adapter-either one that goes into the USB-C port or the HDMI port.

QuestionHow do you play a CD on TE01-0034

- Answer Usually when you insert a CD in the drive Windows will open a little box on the bottom right of the screen and it will ask what do you want to do when a CD is installed. The choices will be Play music, show the list of files on the CD or Take no action. Something like that. If you put a DVD it may ask if you want to play a video. As a last resort if you do not get the box or you did not see it and the box closes on you, you can open the CD or DVD with the File Manager and double click the file you want to run (music or video). I hope this helps you.

- Answer As far as I am aware, the audio of most laptops is just stereo. Using an external USB audio mixer you can input multiple audio channels into the laptop. You would need to have some kind of software to receive multiple separate channels in the PC(like multi-track recording software).

QuestionAre you able to run pc games with this computer. Such as Fortnite. Also is this compatible with streaming. I am trying to find a non gaming pc because it is not what I plan on mostly using it for it is just an added bonus for me.

- Answer This desktop does not have a dedicated GPU and will not work for most newer games. Some games can be run at min settings though.

QuestionI bought this PC 2 weeks ago. Out of the box, I‘m having issues with the mic for record. getting slight static or noise. The audio coming in is clean because i use a different PC and there’s no issue. Drivers updated. Have you heard any issues?

- Answer Thanks. The audio input is not a mic. its actually a Line in from a sound console. On a laptop it goes to the mic/heaphone combo port. I tried it on this PC and also tried the mic and Line in port on the back of the PC and get the same result. i plug into my other PC I was using before and there is no issue. It's something wrong with this PC. i tied HP support but no response yet.

- Answer I did it by having them both on my wi-fi network (had an extra monitor) and copied. That would probably work on a cable also. Or copy to a flashdrive and transfer that way. No problems opening them there. I had more problems dealing with the OneDrive Cloud Backup which seems to have a mind of its own so step into that with care. My other windows10 machine and this machine both upload, copy, and move files and are messing up my directories. So be careful how you name folders so you can tell where your files are. I put the copied files into their own folder so that I could find them.

- Answer This computer has integrated Intel® UHD Graphics 630. You could do light gaming on this system, but it does not have a discrete graphics card which most of the more serious games would require.

- Answer The idea of the green technology, is have a background (which can be any solid color) that highlights that it is different from you the speaker in the camera feed. You can use a white sheet behind you for example. Here's how to change the background in Zoom for example: Sign in to Zoom desktop client. Click Settings. Click Virtual Background. ... Click on an image to select the desired virtual background or add your own image by clicking +Add Image. ... To disable Virtual Background, choose the option None If you do not have an individual account, the host will have to allow virtual backgrounds.
