A:AnswerHi Judy, thank you for the question. The Envy Photo 7855 supports 6 to 80 lb media weight. That's not to say that you can't feed thicker stock in smaller amounts to avoid jamming. The Envy Photo 7855 produces brilliant color results. Most of the OfficeJet Pro models (8035e, 9015e, for example) will support card stock up to 110 lb.
A:AnswerHello. This HP Envy Photo can fax through the use of our HP Smart app, (free download), from your tablet, smartphone, or computer. It does not have a dedicated phone/fax (RJ-11) connection however.
A:AnswerThank you for your question, Steve! The HP Envy Photo 7855 can reduce or enlarge images up to a range of 25 to 400%. This can be done on the touchscreen display or using the HP Smart app.
A:AnswerHello. Thanks for your question. This HP Envy Photo 7855 printer can only support up to 8.5 x 14 inch paper. The A2 envelope is 16-1/2 x 23-3/8 inches.
A:AnswerHi,
I uninstalled my canon mg7720 from my computer in programs and features and the control panel.
There is a pending update for the printer. Says "Install now."
Please advise.
Regards.
A:AnswerIt doesn't matter the brand what matters is choosing the right settings when printing, just choose the HP glossy setting's or other paper source.
A:AnswerThe question mark is lighted when in the main printer display.
As far as not printing, is the printer chosen as the one to print to? Do you have the printer set as the default printer?
A:AnswerI hooked up my Envy Photo 7855 to my laptop using a USB cable. The printer installed a generic driver, the laptop recognized it, and it works fine. It should work the same with your desk top.
