- Answer I'm having the same problem finding coves for this. I assume it's because it came out 3 months ago in May. So they are hard to find that fit this yrs model.

QuestionMy son needs a laptop for connections academy. Does this have Microsoft 8.1 or later? Google chrome,Mozilla Firefox etc I’m not computer literate. Just dnt want to buy something that is no good for online schooling.

- Answer It should depending on what type of business. If you are in some sort of graphic design or something technical like that you will probably need to go with a laptop with a more enhanced graphics card. But for regular business use it’s a great product

- Answer I don't own the case you are referring to however, I do believe this laptop would work with this case (HP-Envyx360 2 in 1, 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop-AMD Ryzen 5-8GB memory-256GB SSD). This is a 15.6" screen. The overall measurements of the laptop are: 14.5 inches and 9.5 inches. When laptop is closed, it is less than an inch thick. Hope this helps!

- Answer This unit uses an SSD instead of an HDD. The capacity of the SSD in this case is 256GB. If you find that you need more, you can contact HP Support or Geek Squad about possible upgrade options as the unit itself is considered non-upgradeable. It is highly recommended that you have a certified technician do any upgrades. If Geek Squad upgrades it, it will not void HP's warranty, but HP will not cover the new parts.

- Answer For any software, you will want to look at the system requirements on the developer's website and make sure the unit meets the requirements for the setting you would like to use. Updates can change the system requirements and that might affect the settings or if you can use the software at all. This unit does not come with a dedicated GPU, but that is not always necessary if you are planning on using a cloud option or if you are playing a web browser game. You will still need to check the system requirements on the developer's site if you want to make sure that it is supposed to run.

- Answer Yes. But you need a thunderbolt/usb-c docking station. HP branded ones have better compatibility (like turning on the laptop while closed), but you can use any on amazon

- Answer i have asked this Q and geek squd has to upgrade the hard drive or the warranty is void. they said if you bought the new hard drive from them they will put it in for you. you have to let them have the compter and make an appt to dfo this
