QuestionIs there a toner program like the ink program? Like I pay monthly for ink on w printers I have....I heard switching to toner will save money. So is there a monthly program for the toner on hp printers?

- Answer I don't know of a program for toner, but toner you can print hundreds or thousands of pages. Its the reason we switched. You likely wouldn't be needing it every month.

QuestionI'm trying to understand what towner cartridge this printer will need- I think it's the 206 and a Wxxxxx for each color. Are these the towners without a chip? Or is there another cartridge needed that would require a cartridge with a chip Thanks a lot

QuestionAre all 4 sides of the paper feed straight/vertical or slanted . . . like in the picture? This slanted paper feed is PRONE to paper jams. I will NEVER buy another printer/copier with a slanted paper feed.

- Answer The paper feed on top of the printer is for the scanner/copier. To print, you use the bottom drawer for fresh paper, and it is straight/horizontal. For single sheets (manual feed) you use the slot directly above the paper drawer, and it takes them one at a time. I have not tried the scanner/copier, so I don't know if it jams.

Questionmachine will not turn on. dead. no lights. tried holding down the power button for 20 sec., no result. acts as though there is no power. checked outlet and cord, both working. what can I try?

- Answer Return to the store. Hopefully you saved the record or receipt and/or purchased the 4 yr replacement warranty like I did. I’m on my third replacement.

- Answer It can print in duplex mode, and it can copy from two single-sided sheets and create one double-sided sheet, but I don't believe it can copy from duplex to duplex.
